By accessing and using the CricQ mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Amusement Only & No Gambling Restrictions

You explicitly acknowledge that CricQ is a free-to-play fantasy sports simulator.

• The App is intended solely for amusement, statistical analysis, and entertainment.
• No Real Money: There is absolutely no real money wagering, entry fees with monetary prizes, or gambling elements incorporated into this software.
• Any in-game points, leaderboards, or digital achievements possess zero real-world value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged.
• We do not facilitate any form of betting on real-world events.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user-provided data), features, AI algorithms, and functionality are owned by the developers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. Any circumvention of the app's security features, attempts to scrape AI insights without permission, or utilizing the platform to facilitate unofficial third-party gambling is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The AI Match Insights provided within the app are based on probabilistic algorithms and historical data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any predictions. Using these insights as a basis for external real-money betting is done entirely at your own risk and is not endorsed by CricQ.
